As an additional service to all owners we offer a full Rental Service.
So if you wish to rent out your Apartment, Villa or Penthouse, when they are not in use, we can arrange that for you. That way, in addition to the capital gains, the property can also return a valuable annual
rental income back from your investment.
Having someone to take care of everything while you are not around, is essential if you do plan to rent your property.
With IOR Group taking care of your property, you can when you return be sure to find everything as good as when you left it.

Our Service on Rental of Apartments, Villas and Penthouses.
We will take care of your property, and also help you find clients to Rent at an amount agreed by you. We will collect all rents, and either bank, or hold them for you. We will check your property both before, and after the rental, to ensure that everything is ok.
For this service we will charge 20% of the Rental Fees received.

As a general guide, the seasons are as follows:
This is Phuket’s “busiest” period of the year.
Due to the fact that it covers both Christmas and the New Year.
It is also the period that gives the best income return on property
rental.
High Season 1st November – 22nd December - 11th January - 16th April
The “High Season” is the main tourist season in Phuket. Tourists especially from Europe can escape the Northern winter to enjoy the guaranteed sunshine. This again is a good time to consider renting due to the high number of tourists that visit during this period.
Green Season 17th April – 31st October
The “Green Season” is the quieter time on this beautiful island. It is also when it gets most of its rain that preserves the amazing tropical climate. During this period of the year you can also witness the Monsoon Rains! If you have never experienced one of these tropical rain storms, then we would recommend that it is another Phuket experience that should not be missed.
