Phuket Island Properties (part of the Island Oasis Resorts Group) , will include
all of the
following services within the annual Client Property Maintenance
Contract.
The Palms on Kamala Beach:
1. Site Manager
2. Reception Staff
3. Staff Site Security
4. Grounds Maintenance
5. Swimming Pool Maintenance, including chemicals.
6. External walkway lighting maintenance.
7. 6 monthly spray protection against infestation.
8. External Building Insurance
9. External re-painting every three (3) years.
10. All external lighting and electricity costs
11. 6 Monthly Air Conditioning Service
12. Satellite TV
13. Lift/Elevator Maintenance
Fantasea Villas:
1. Swimming Pool Maintenance, including chemicals.
2. External lighting maintenance and costs.
3. 6 monthly spray protection against infestation.
Kamala Villas:
Individual services depending on clients requirements.
Excluded from the Maintenance Contracts:
1. All personal electricity costs
2. All internal maintenance, other than that covered by our 12
month guarantee.
3. Telephone costs.
Additional Services Supplied at a commercial rate:
1. Maid Service
2. Laundry Service
3. Internal alterations/re-painting, maintenance etc.
Annual Property Maintenance Charges:
Fantasea Villas:
40,000 Thai Baht Per Year
The Palms on Kamala Beach:
50 Thai Baht Per Square Metre, per month.
