The Palms is now a completed project, and the Apartments or Penthouses that we are offering for sale are being sold by their individual owners for various reasons.

1/. Payment

Payment in Full will be required on signing of the Contracts in order to complete the Purchase. All new owners will get the same agreements as the original owners, but obviously in their name. This transfer payment should be deposited into our Bank Account net of any Bank or Currency Charges.
