We specialise in developments in the Kamala area of Phuket. This allows us to have the maximum amount of control over both quality, and progress at each new development we commence.

Kamala House

This beautifully designed house, (see below) has been designed exclusively for a private owner by the IOR Group. Using our own architects and interior designers we have achieved a stunningly beautiful house that would not be out of place even if situated in Miami! With every possible addition, and "no expense spared", this house really does have everything. However, all houses should be individual, like their owners, and as such we make sure that all of the IOR Group houses are designed to suit their owners requirements. We do NOT sell houses that we want you to have, we design our houses to their new owners requirements.

We supervise every step from original design, right through to completion. So you can be sure that we take care of everything for you. We have land plots available, or we will build your house for you on your own plot. We offer a fully inclusive service with our contract price.

No home in Phuket would be complete without the swimming pool. This has been designed to be part of the house and outdoor leisure area.


A natural looking waterfall was another design feature the owner wished for. I think you will agree it also looks beautiful as well as natural.

Kamala Villa - "Bali" Style
The next house was designed to have a "Balinese" look, and the new owner wanted most of the accommodation all on one level. This villa was designed exclusively for him, and his particular specifications were incorporated into the design he wanted by the IOR Group Architects.


The external appearance of the villa is similar to those seen in Bali, but with "additional" features added.

Another requested feature was the roof top "sala". This ornately designed sala adds a nice feature to the villa, but also has a very practical use as a shaded area.


Normally Thailand is not famous for a high standard of finishing on buildings. We on the other hand specialise in providing all of our owners with the same high standard of finishing that they would expect in the West.
The image above shows you the level of quality we supply to our owners, which includes western quality kitchen units and appliances. (We did NOT however supply the wooden suite shown!)
